The fitness center needs updating, with faulty equipment and missing weights. Room was small and lacked amenities, with a sneaky coffee charge. However, the hotel's great location and attentive staff redeemed the stay. Overall, a pleasant surprise with a comfortable bed and relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms were comfy, and the staff, especially Michael and Vitali, were super helpful during my unexpected NY trip. I didn't have the chance to try the beauty treatments but heard great things about them. The only downside was the lack of a Park Avenue view from the room, but that didn't really bother me. Overall, a pleasant stay with fantastic service. 🌟

The accessibility of the hotel was also great, with easy navigation for seniors and close proximity to the city's attractions and shopping areas.

The lobby was beautiful, I loved it. In my a double room I had central heating, flat-screen television and a writing table. The hotel's location was central, very close to subway as well. They had an efficient check-in too.

We recently stayed at Omni and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was spacious. The location was perfect - just two blocks from Rockefeller - and yet it was quiet enough for a restful night's sleep. The hotel felt very safe and the service from the concierge, restaurant bartenders, and especially Lenny, was excellent. Lenny always had a smile on his face and his friendly demeanor created a happy atmosphere every time we walked into the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, as it's within walking distance to most attractions and has a subway entrance nearby.
